Parking Information: Parking available behind grey apartment buildings on the left of University Drive (810, 812, 808 University Drive). Or runners may park down the side streets along University Drive: these side streets include Maxwell Street and Colonel Muldrow Avenue. There is also limited parking space along University Drive itself. Runners who wish to park close to the start should arrive early, and carpool if possible.
There will be parking behind the Hunter Henry Center available, but please DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU PLAN ON LEAVING YOUR CAR PAST 9:30 A.M. Also avoid the caterer-specific parking spots in the alley behind the building.

Start: On University Drive, about a block east of Bulldog Deli, right at the corner of a driveway. If you are heading toward campus from
Bulldog Deli, there are three white university buildings just before you get to the footbridge. The start is at the corner of the driveway
to the first of those buildings (the one closest to Bulldog Deli, and farthest from the footbridge).
Run east on University Drive, toward campus. University Drive becomes Barr Avenue. Go straight through the intersection at McArthur Hall (first four-way stop). Continue on Barr to the intersection at Butler Hall. Turn left onto Perry Boulevard. Run down the hill, past Ruby Hall, and straight through the next intersection.
Continue past the lake, and turn left at the next intersection. Do not go on to Hwy 82. Reach the 1.5 mile. This mark is a bit before the softball field. Continue around Chadwick Lake, passing Shira Field House, Dudy Noble Baseball Stadium, and Humphrey Coliseum. Turn left on Coliseum Boulevard, toward the Sanderson Center.
Pass the Sanderson Center, then turn right, back onto Perry Boulevard. Go up the hill, and turn right, back onto Barr Avenue.
Reach 5K finish. The finish line, as you are running, is about 30 feet PAST the starting line. So you will pass the starting line, then have a few more feet to run. This is by design, so it is possible to set up any finish line equipment prior to the start of the race, and it will not interfere with the start of the race.
